Health & Safety Policy
Statement of General Policy at LFDC

In alignment with The Management of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, LFDC is wholeheartedly dedicated to effectively controlling health and safety risks arising from its work activities. This commitment encompasses ensuring the safe handling and use of substances, preventing accidents and work-related ill health, maintaining secure equipment and plant, and implementing safe systems of work to uphold safe and healthy working conditions for all employees and visitors.

LFDC pledges to provide employees with the necessary information, training, and supervision required for maintaining a safe working environment. Ensuring competence among employees for their assigned tasks is a priority.

Furthermore, LFDC actively engages in consultation with its employees on matters concerning their health and safety. The company also acknowledges its responsibility for the health and safety of individuals who may be impacted by its work activities.

This policy allocates duties for safety matters and outlines specific arrangements that LFDC will implement to uphold this commitment. Regular reviews and revisions of the policy are conducted, particularly in tandem with changes in the nature and size of the business.
